Every day in Japan, at exactly the same time, salarymen and women get up from their desks and do simple exercises in time with a routine played on the radio. It lasts less than four minutes, helping listeners to "supple the back" and just feel nice in general.
Every day at 3 PM I'm going to start the above video and do the routine, and you're welcome to join me from home. We can all learn the moves together. If you feel silly, just follow the example of Mr. Miyazaki and stick with it.
